Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Francisco Pacifica

What a treat to stay at this location during my work trip. It was only a 20 minute drive into San Francisco downtown area, and 10 minutes from a client I visited. I got a more "business reasonable" rate by prepaying in advance (non refundable) but I don't do that often w/my fluid business schedule. The view from the room of the ocean was greatly appreciated. Thank you for that upgrade through my higher Bonvoy status! My room at the end of the hall, and far corner of the building had a HUGE amount of space! The couch w/2nd TV to watch while I ate my late night dinner was more comfortable than the standard rooms w/desk positioned a foot away from the TV. Quite a few of the places to eat nearby close early but there are still places to get food within a short drive. There's always Uber Eats as an option too. If I was not staying for work I would have loved to explore the cute beach town only a block away and walk the beach w/access right from the hotel property. Maybe next time... The water pressure wasn't the greatest but the bathroom and room overall was on brand, nice and clean. I slept like a Disney princess that night, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean w/nice view of Rockaway Beach. I also always appreciate when they offer the dark colored "makeup" wash cloth - thank you! It was nice to have a covered, well lit parking lot available. There is also an elevator you can take from the parking lot that requires room keys to operate. As a solo business traveling woman, these are things I appreciate A LOT when available to make me feel extra safe and secure. On the walk from elevator to my room on 2nd floor was a large open seating area, like an atrium w/mezzanine above it I image were more rooms. If you were staying there for a family event, this would be nice as a meeting spot. You don't see that often.

Fantastic hotel! Will be back if we can make it work. This hotel was well appointed, modern, and so clean. We used it as a base to see San Francisco and also was in a great area to just visit the beach. In addition to being a great hotel the breakfast was very good, offering a good variety of options each day with something different too (highly appreciated!) They also had EV Chargers.

Perfect location, clean room, and great customer care. Rosalie was very kind and helpful! Great walk/hike up a hill and around the ocean, plus a nice fitness center too! Restaurants (with great views and good food) are walking distance as well.

The cutest of locations - came here in May - wildflowers all over, and in October - beautiful weather. Great food around, treks, cozy beaches. Beautiful sunsets.

We had an amazing stay at Fairfield! Me& my husband stayed in room 244, and it was spotless, had a pleasant scent, and most importantly, offered a breathtaking ocean view. We want to express our sincere gratitude to the receptionist, Rosalyn, for giving us such an incredible room with this stunning view- it’s truly unforgettable! Rosalyn was also extremely friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel. Another great perk is the 24/7 coffee availability, which, as a coffee lover, I truly appreciate. The breakfast and lobby area also offer an insane view of the beautiful ocean. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing location, staff, and inviting architecture. The beds were top Marriott comfort, the shower had a strong stream. I can't get over what a find this property is.

Great location with a small beach to walk nearby and a much larger one that is a 10-15 minute hike or a 2 minute drive. Be aware that the beaches are not swimming beaches, strong rip current and no lifeguards. There are some great tidepools/rocks with little sea creatures to explore though.

We had a fantastic stay! ​The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide and delicious variety of options. I especially appreciated the complimentary, self-service coffee machine available all day. Being able to easily enjoy gourmet drinks like lattes and cappuccinos anytime was a wonderful and unexpected perk. ​Although we didn't book an ocean view room, our balcony provided a definite partial view of the ocean, which was a lovely bonus. ​Overall, the hotel felt immaculately clean and very modern and well-maintained. We would highly recommend it!
